Brand new in 2006, this is a luxurious and very spacious 3 bedroom (all with en suite bathroom) first floor apartment (has lift) set in beautiful grounds. Las Piramides is a prestigious development of 36 privately owned apartments spread across 4 apartment blocks set in extremely well kept gardens. It is 5 minutes drive from Santa Ponsa centre and a large sandy beach, making this the ideal base for the perfect Mediterranean holiday. Las Piramides development, accessed via electric gates, is an easy 25 minutes drive from Palma Airport and 20 minutes from Palma centre.

The apartment has a view to the sea and the Malgrat Islands to one side and swimming pool set in sub tropical gardens to the other side. The furnishings and decoration are to the highest standards and the apartment comes with the facilities one would expect from first class accommodation, including air conditioning (individual control in each room) and gas central heating to radiators. The property has marble floors throughout except kitchen and utility room.

Three double (twin beds) bedrooms, all with:

en-suite, built in wardrobes, radiator, “Romeo and Juliet” style balcony and individual thermostat for central heating /air conditioning. The main bedroom suite can convert into a 3 bedded room (proper beds).

En-suites: The main bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi bath, shower, bidet, toilet and “his & hers“ wash basins. The en-suites to the two other bedrooms have a shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.

Kitchen: Large fully fitted kitchen including electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, toasted sandwich maker, kitchen table and six chairs, sea view.

Utility Room: Washing machine, separate tumble dryer, iron/ironing board, clothes hanging / drying facilities, gas boiler for hot water/ central heating and air con. unit, clothes horse.

Dinning table and 7chairs, shelves unit, HiFi, small selection of DVDs and music CDs. Two double patio doors provide access to large balcony.

Balcony: Large covered balcony with patio table and six chairs with seat cushions, two loungers with cushions. View to the sea, gardens and swimming pool.

Toilet: Separate toilet with wash basin and W.C.

Linen: Bedlinen and bath / hand towels changed weekly. Beach towels available.

Sorry………….no pets permitted. No smoking in the apartment. Community rules do not allow the hanging of clothes, towels etc. on balcony railings or balustrades. No ball games in the communal garden.

Coast / Beach

You can walk to the coast in 3 minutes but a large sandy beach in Santa Ponsa is 5 minutes drive. This beach also has a large sandy, part grass area covered by mature pine trees.

Golf

Mallorca is renowned for its golf courses, three of which are a short drive (15 mins) away.

Restaurants etc:

There is a bar and two very nice restaurants within 5 mins walk of the apartment. Santa Ponsa provides everything you would wish for, bars, both good value and more exclusive restaurants and excellent night life. A taxi ride to Santa Ponsa costs 6 euros (@£4). Puerto Adriano harbour (15mins walk) has nice bars and restaurants.
